Welcome to xbrains.ai (the “Site”), operated by SIP FOR YOU IT SOLUTIONS DMCC, trading as xBRAINS (“xBRAINS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and xBRAINS governing your access to and use of the Site. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1 .Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Capacity. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.2 Updates. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an amended version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

2. Definitions

For ease of reference, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• “Content” means all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio‑visual elements, software, and other materials displayed on or downloadable from the Site.
• “Services” means the informational resources published on the Site and the ability to schedule a meeting with xBRAINS via a third‑party booking platform.
• “User” or “you” means any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Site.

3. Site Purpose

The Site is an informational portal describing our artificial‑intelligence consulting offerings. It does not facilitate the sale of products, subscription services, or online payments. Its sole interactive feature is a link that allows Users to schedule meetings with xBRAINS.

4. Meeting Scheduling

4.1 Third‑Party Platform. Scheduling is handled exclusively through Cal.com, an independent service provider. When you click the booking link, you will leave the Site and enter Cal.com’s domain. Any personal data you submit there is collected directly by Cal.com and governed by its own terms and privacy policy; xBRAINS is not responsible for Cal.com’s data‑handling practices.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must ensure that all information supplied during booking is truthful, current, and complete. xBRAINS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule meetings if the information provided is inaccurate or if unforeseen circumstances arise.

5. Eligibility & Access

5.1 No Account Required. You may view the Site without creating an account. Certain areas or features, however, may require additional information (e.g., booking forms) and you agree to provide it.

5.2 International Users. The Site is controlled from the United Arab Emirates. Access from other jurisdictions is at your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership. All Content is owned by or licensed to xBRAINS and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws.

6.2 Licence. xBRAINS grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and display the Site for your personal, non‑commercial use only. No Content may be copied, reproduced, modified, performed, displayed, published, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6.3 Trademarks. “xBRAINS,” the xBRAINS logo, and all related marks are trademarks of xBRAINS. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. No licence or right to use any trademark is granted by virtue of your use of the Site.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Site or its Content for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;

9. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms as described in Section 1.2. 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE for the resolution of any disputes.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, embargoes, governmental orders, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
